Food Processing Machines by GLASS

Since the foundation of our company we have been dealing with the processing of meat.

For meat and meat products a complete range of machines is available at GLASS.

With the tumblers and mariners meat products can be gently massaged. The smallest mariners are particularly suitable for product development and small production runs. The largest tumblers, on the other hand, with a capacity of almost 3,000 kg, meet the requirements of even the most demanding industrial customers. Our tumblers are all equipped with a mixing arm with scraper. This means that tumbling is carried out very gently and yet within a very short time.

 

When emptying, no pieces of meat stick to the wall. The products are thus removed within the shortest possible time - and completely. With its steakers, GLASS offers proven solutions for cutlets and steaks as well as for cooked ham.

With the Schnitzel-Plates meat products can be brought to exact thicknesses. With them, schnitzels, doner kebabs and steaks are produced in best quality. Hot products can be produced with our roasting and cooking equipment. Of course, these meat products can also be cooled down again in the same machines afterwards.
