To achieve first-class quality, you naturally need qualified and motivated employees. For this reason, and to give young people a chance of vocational training, we have been training industrial mechanics for years.

Anyone interested in training at GLASS should bring reliability, initiative, manual skills, diligence and the ability to work in a team.

During the training, we provide the necessary specialist knowledge so that after the training you will be well prepared for the job market or to be taken on by us in a long-term employment relationship.

For the basic training of our future skilled workers we work together with Bang Hochstift e.V. There, in the modern training centre, our trainees are competently taught the theoretical and practical skills they need at the beginning of their training.

BANG stands for 'Berufliches AusbildungsNetzwerk im Gewerbebereich' (vocational training network in the commercial sector) and is an association of companies with the aim of jointly securing their future skilled workers.

We also offer internships to give you a taste of the job.

No matter whether you are a student, pupil or job seeker: We welcome all interested parties to immerse themselves in the activities of a mechanical engineering company.

Since we develop and build the machines completely here in Paderborn, trainees can get to know the entire process of creating a machine.

We have three areas of work: In addition to administration and management, we have mechanical design and production. In addition, in electrical engineering we also deal with design, construction and programming. Of course we also prepare the complete documentation for this and accompany all this with our quality assurance.
