At our location in Paderborn, Germany, we develop and manufacture process plants and special machines for the food industry. Thanks to our high vertical range of manufacture, even challenging customer solutions can be developed and implemented at GLASS in a short time. This great flexibility is made possible by the fact that every single step is carried out in-house.

Our development department is equipped with 7 modern 3D-CAD workstations. Our material purchasing takes place exclusively with certified, long-term partners from Germany. This enables us to guarantee the best quality for each individual machine component. Our core competences are product development, especially of customer-specific special solutions. In production, we use our expertise in drum construction, sheet metal working, metal cutting and surface treatment.

In addition, our trained specialists take over the electrical design of the machines, PLC programming and electrical production. When the machine is finally completed, our service technicians help with the installation and commissioning and are happy to take care of the entire after-sales service. All our machines undergo a minimum 24-hour test run before delivery. Only after this test run are the machines and systems delivered by one of our long-standing partner transport companies. If the machine does not run properly after all, all our machines are designed in such a way that spare and wear parts can easily be replaced. In doing so, we make it possible for you to have spare parts available for a period of 10 years. In the case of GLASS products manufactured by us, we guarantee the supply of spare parts for the entire service life of the machine.

To achieve first-class quality, we naturally need qualified and motivated employees. That is why we have been training specialists ourselves in all areas of work for many years.

In addition, we regularly have ourselves certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001. In this way, we want to enable our customers to assess our performance transparently and objectively.

We are also a partner of the Blue Competence sustainability initiative. Blue Competence is an initiative of the VDMA to promote sustainability in mechanical and plant engineering, but also to make sustainable solutions known to the industry. With our partnership we commit ourselves to adhere to the 12 sustainability principles of mechanical and plant engineering.
