Batch Mixer

There are two different processes in mixing and chopping. Continuous mixing and batch mixing. Our batch mixers have a capacity of 15 to 2,700 litres. Depending on the mixing process, they work gently and slowly, or quickly and intensively.

The batch process, i.e. the mixing of batches, makes charming solutions possible. Solutions that are easy to integrate into production. The batch process simplifies the production of different products in one machine. Hygienic cleaning helps to avoid cross-contamination and to optimise production processes. Easy access makes cleaning easy. The machine can be cleaned after each run - and then loaded with a different product without contamination. Also, critical products, such as the dust generated during the crushing of tablets, can be easily handled by suction rings.

The wall thickness and shape of the mixing vessel, as well as the seals and vacuum pump, guarantee negative pressure resistance. The vacuum supports delicate mixing processes. Individual mixing tools improve the respective mixing process and, like all our machines, are hand-made for you at our company in Paderborn.
