Our schnitzel flattener enable the machine plating and standardisation of schnitzels, steaks and other meat.

For many foods it is necessary that the thickness of all pieces is the same. This can be recalibration after a cutting machine or flattening of thickly cut slices.

Even products that have been cut by hand become more uniform. This can be important, for example, for cutlets that are subsequently breaded and fried. Here, product quality can only be guaranteed if all pieces are equally thick.


Steaks cut to a preset weight also look much nicer when they are all equally thick. Of course the systems can also be used for other products such as potato products or vegan and vegetarian products. Here, too, the same product thicknesses are often in demand.
