What happens after the purchase
Our service to you does not end with the delivery and installation of the finished machine. We have many well-known customers who operate more than one of our systems/machines and are happy to keep expanding their production with us. This only works if we maintain a consistently high level of customer satisfaction. For all parts manufactured by GLASS, we guarantee the supply of spare parts for the entire life of the machine. Whenever you need help, we are there for you.
To operate your GLASS machine, our specially trained personnel is at your disposal. We will be happy to instruct your employees in the use of the machines and systems as part of our training courses.
In addition, our service technicians will also inspect and repair your machines if required. In the case of machines that often run for decades, our extensive documentation always helps us to offer the appropriate assistance. In this way, our customers can quickly put their equipment back into operation.
We deliver our machines all over the world. For this we either come directly to you, meet at trade fairs or you contact one of our worldwide partners.
We have representatives in many countries who are familiar with all the possibilities of GLASS machines and will be happy to provide you with competent support in implementing your requirements.
This means that you can always talk to us in the local language about all the details of a new or already delivered system. All our partners also supply spare parts for your machine and support you with service. Many agencies even have their own spare parts warehouse to be able to supply you with the appropriate spare parts immediately.
